This unique wooden Victorian pier was built in 1896 and restored in the 1990s. After a stroll, visitors can enjoy a free exhibition, working penny slot machines plus hot and cold drinks, snacks and ice creams. Boat rides, fishing trips and diving expeditions are also available from the pier. Visitors are invited to 'sponsor a plank' to help fund ongoing restoration work. Participants will receive a certificate and a personalised brass plaque will be displayed on the wooden walkway.
