The Bird Tree is a beautiful sculpture that stands at the heart of the pedestrianised area of Slough high street. It is made of steel and glass and depicts a huge tree full of colourful birds. The piece of art was designed and built by Guisseppe Lord and opened to the public as a street work of art in 1999 by the local authority.
