EA Hornel was one of the world famous ‘Glasgow Boys’ and is renowned as being one of the most famous and gifted writers ever to have lived in Scotland. This charming house is the place where he spent a great deal of his life and wrote some of his most famous works. The National Trust for Scotland have preserved the property well, and it is open to the public throughout the year.
