The John Buchan Centre carries a large collection of general historical artefacts that are related to the life of this man, one of the areas most famous sons. Eventually dying in Canada, Buchan played an important part in social and political life in this area in the 19th Century, as you will see from the vast collections of documents that have been collected to tell his story.
