Moat Park Heritage Centre offers models of Clydesdale’s past from the beginnings of time to the 18th Century. Exhibitions focus on specific epochs of time, including an Iron Age family and a Roman soldier, demonstrating through reconstructions the way that these people would have lived in this region. There are many original period costumes on display as well as the Menzies Moffat Tapestry and an extensive archaeological collection.
