This house was built for the pleasure of Henry VIII when he visited this area of the world. Designed by Nicholas Poyntz, one of the most eminent architects of his time, this is a beautifully conserved example of a grand Tudor home. Visitors are invited to tour the grounds and enjoy marvelling at the intricate craftsmanship both inside and out.
