The British Antique Restorers Association has been based in Dorchester for many years and it is quite fitting that this is a town that is simply filled with aging and charming buildings and contents. The association has a small museum and information centre open to the public, where visitors are welcome to come in and learn more about the way that antiques are nursed back to their former glory.
