This beautiful 18th Century house is well preserved and represents one of the finest pieces of architecture of its type in this area of the West Country. Surrounded by fine parklands and manicured gardens, the house has been the home of the Carew family for well over 600 years. The National Trust have taken over management of the property and keep it in a manner befitting of such a grand property.
