Beckford’s Tower is a 120ft. neo-classical Italianate tower built in 1827 for William Beckford as a retreat which housed part of his art collection. Today it contains a museum collection of prints, paintings, objects and models. Open Easter to the end of October, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays, 10.30am to 5.00pm. Admission fee.
