Set in woodland and meadows through which the River Lemon runs, this property is one of the most impressive medieval manor houses in the county. The National Trust acquired the property in 1938 and take great care to preserve the beautiful plasterwork and joinery. There is an impressive collection of pre-Raphaelite paintings, arts, craft and furniture on display within the property.
