Harbour Cove, together with Hawker's Cove next door makes up a wonderful stretch of sand. At low tide, there's almost a square kilometre of the stuff, with views across the Estuary to even more sand at Daymer Bay and Doom Bar. The walk along the shores of the Estuary on a summer's evening is in my opinion, the highlight of Padstow, and a perfect way to avoid the crowds. Dogs love it here too, and they are allowed all year. I've also seen people shore fishing here.
