Remnants of Dunster priory can be seen adjoining St George’s Church, and bordering this is the walled priory gardens. The church, dovecot and gardens are in the care of either the Church of England or the parish of Dunster and are open to the public. A plan of the layout of the priory buildings from around 1735 clearly shows the monastic gardens. Today they are well maintained and a beautiful, secluded, and tranquil place to visit.
