The South Molton Museum collects together some of the most interesting and precious items that relate to the history of this community and the surrounding areas. Amongst the collection are the original Royal Charter documents from 1590 and 1684, an extensive 18th Century wooden cider press complete with hand carved screw and two locally used fire engines from 1736 and 1886 respectively.
