St Agnes Museum is filled with interesting pieces that relate to the history of this small town in Cornwall. There are important paintings by 19th Century artists such as John Opie and Edward Opie amongst the art collection. The majority of the history displays are related either to the mining heritage of the people here or the story of the maritime industry, fishing and of course pirates in the coves that surround the region.
