This attraction offers something for everyone. The Abbey buildings house the beautifully restored Nuns’ Chapel and Cloisters and the recreated Victorian parlour and laundry room. Resident craftsmen produce a range of handmade goods on site. The Countryside Museum retraces the history of rural life through the ages with many hands-on exhibits and farm machinery to explore. Several species of domestic farm animals can be seen on Home Farm. The Abbey Gardens provide a spectacular setting for the licensed coffee shop where light lunches and cream teas are on offer.
