Step inside an 18th-century town house decorated and furnished in the style of the time. It was once the home of John Pinney, a merchant with estates in the West Indies. His slave Pero has a novel memorial in Pero’s Bridge at the harbourside. Displays illustrate life above and below stairs. In the basement is a rare example of a Georgian indoor bathing pool. Open April to October only.
