Trerice has been owned by the National Trust since 1953 and represents a fine example of an Elizabethan manor house in this charming area of coastal Cornwall. One of the central features of the building is the ‘barrel-roofed’ Great Chamber, a masterpiece of Tudor design. Flowering gardens and a traditional Cornish apple orchard surround this wonderful gem of the region.
