A clean, sandy bay set against a historic Georgian backdrop. The first aid post, lost children centre and inshore lifeguard facility make this an ideal family location. Disabled access to the beach is also available. Traditional Punch and Judy shows can be seen in the summer and the beach plays host to the International Beach Kite festival. Weymouth is famous for the intricate sand sculptures that are created and displayed on the beach each summer.
