A delightful Georgian town house and garden where astronomer Herschel discovered the planet Uranus in 1781. Restored and furnished in the style of the period, the museum now has a collection of astronomical & musical instruments and original astronomers workshop. There is a star vault astronomy auditorium, audio tour and audio tour for the visually impaired.
