Beverley Art Gallery was purpose built in an Edwardian style and is one of the most prominent and well loved public structures at the heart of the East Yorkshire town. The aim of the gallery was to illustrate the local area through art, but also to develop a deep seated love for art amongst the local people. There is a large collection on permanent display which has been brought together from across the nation.
