The Duke of Wellington’s Regiment are one of the proudest parts of the local community, and historically the people of the area have always felt a close affinity with this regiment. The museum tells the story of the wing of the army, and through the use of many interesting artefacts such as uniforms, medals, pictures, documents and more, brings the illustrious history of the unit to life.
