Easby Abbey
Easby, Richmond, North Yorkshire DL10 7EU - England, UK

Map
Easby Abbey is probably best known for its large lavish-roofed refectory that was built around 1300. There is still an active church within the precinct, even though much of the abbey itself is in ruins. Set in a beautiful area of North Yorkshire countryside close to the River Swale, just outside of Richmond, the abbey offers a fine location for walking as well as being a place of significant historical interest.
