The Upper Wharfedale Folk Museum explores the long and rich traditions that this area has, and is concerned much more with the people and the social history, than the politics that often grabs the historical headlines. Using a series of artefacts and documents that have been collated, the collection attempts to put the visitor in the shoes of an average person as times have changed and developed in the community.
