Located on a quiet street in Nether Edge, the Grade 2 listed Lantern Theatre is Sheffield's only small Victorian theatre, with the dressing rooms and wardrobe still located in the old stables and coach house. Since 1957 it has been the home of the Dilys Guite Players, who produce several high quality plays a year, mainly during the autumn and winter months. The productions include a number of World Premieres. A fully licensed bar is open on every performance night.
