Leeds has over 4,000 Chinese inhabitants, but Leeds Chinatown is significantly smaller than the London or Manchester Chinatowns. Inside the main arcade there are several authentic oriental restaurants which serve delicious Thai, Chinese and Japanese dishes at very cheap prices. There are also specialist Chinese barbers, herbalists and video shops. Nearby there is an international Chinese supermarket which offers many original products which cannot be found in commercial English food shops.
