Magna, based in a former steel works near the centre of Rotherham, is one of South Yorkshire's most fascinating educational experiences, with four unique galleries exploring the mysteries of Water, Air, Fire and Earth. Described as a science adventure centre it will appeal to the whole family, but is particularly geared towards youngsters of school age, who will enjoy the numerous attractions housed within the massive building. Fully accessible to wheelchair users Magna also boasts a regular and varied itinerary of specialist exhibitions.
