The beautiful late 17th Century house that is Newby Hall, built in the style of Sir Christopher Wren, has an Adam-designed interior. The extensive grounds include an adventure garden with swings, climbing frames, bridges, an aerial slide, pedalo boats and a miniature railway. The 25 acres of gardens are full of rare and beautiful plants and there is even a tropical section to the garden. There are also refreshment and shopping facilities, and disabled facilities all on site.
