As Bradford's first publicly owned recreational space, Peel Park is today one of the city's most popular local amenities, particularly during the summer months when a variety of exciting events are often staged on the site. Registered as a Grade ll historic park it is a green oasis and has a surprising range of facilities, including play area for the young ones, skate park, bowling greens, tennis court and cafe for those in search of refreshment.
