A distinctive dorsal fin-like promontory on the Cleveland Hills, part of the North York Moors National Park, Roseberry Topping can be seen for miles around. Its location is one of outstanding natural beauty, with wild flowers and birds in abundance. However, its proximity to Middlesbrough and Teesside makes it very accessible. The long-distance Cleveland Way walk allows a diversion to the summit of the 320m peak. From the top the views are spectacular, taking in the surrounding moors and Tees Valley.
