As one of West Yorkshire's premier centres for live entertainment, Bradford's St George's Concert Hall is without equal, bringing music, comedy and variety shows to the city on a regular basis. It also plays host to several amateur productions from around the district, all of which are hugely popular. In 1984 the hall benefitted from a multi-million pound refurbishment scheme which has totally transformed the interior, returning it to its former Victorian splendour. Situated conveniently close to the city centre St George's Hall is also ideally placed for easy access to bus and rail services.
