The Leadmill is a landmark music and club venue in Sheffield’s recent history. It started out in 1980 offering visitors a nightly escape from the mass unemployment of the time. Over the years the Leadmill has seen a variety of major Pop bands perform live along with numerous club nights, music performances, workshops and comedy acts. The venue has a main room complete with stage and also two smaller rooms. Situated in the cultural quarter, The Leadmill is very close to the train station and transport interchange.
