As one of the most progressive public display spaces in Bradford, the Colour Museum is unique, giving visitors a fascinating glimpse into the intriguing world of colour. Centrally located it stands on Providence Street and boasts an array of interactive displays designed to show how essential colour is to our everyday existence. Owned by the Society of Dyers and Colourists it is open by appointment. As the only museum in the country devoted to the science of colour it also stages regular workshops for those of school age and is fully accessible to wheelchair users and those who are less mobile.
