This visitor centre is dedicated to the rich industrial heritage of Middlesborough. One of the powerhouses of the industrial northeast, the town was a major player in the Industrial Revolution, and especially shipping. This visitor centre is filled with exhibitions, photographs and artefacts related to this iconic bridge and the part it played in the industrialisation of the area.
