The Whitby Archives Heritage Centre holds an extensive and intriguing collection of historic photographs and artefacts related to the story of this beautiful little coastal town. Home to the original West Cliff historic whalebone arch, a symbol of the town, this centre also holds a complete and comprehensive archive of the Whitby Gazette, the local newspaper.
