Opened in 1993 in a former garage building, the Workstation is Britain’s largest media and cultural business centre housing high quality exhibitions in over 5,000 square meters of space. It offers a range of facilities and workspace for organisations who work with film and video, sound, radio, photography, design, publishing and multimedia. It is the home of Sheffield Independent Film and the Sheffield International Documentary Festival. Tours of the building can be arranged by phone.
